Numerous restaurants have opened in Bacolod City, each serving a particular type of Asian food, such as Korean Samgyupsal, Japanese cuisine, and Vietnamese cuisine.

1. Kushiya Grill and Resto Bar

Open entering the store, what surprised us was the warmth of the employees, they really welcome everybody who goes inside with a big smile. The Store structure was really like what we saw on the movies it makes us feel we are really in Japan.

They have numerous dishes to choose from, from appetizers down to main courses, it is definitely mouthwatering!

Delish Don Buri Katsu Don, June 08,2022, Kushiya Bar and Resto Grill. Katsudon is a deep-fried pork cutlet rice

bowl with onions and steaming egg served all in one bowl.

Their Katsu-don is a must try and is worth every peso spent. Its price is 210 for a rice meal and they also have a stand-alone meal for only 200 pesos served with coleslaw.

salad with vegetables including carrots and cucumbers.

Their Kani salad is one of our favorite as well! It has a balance taste of spiciness and is flavorful without guilt! Aside that is a healthy option for someone who is on a diet, its taste is to die for and is something to seek after the food trip. It is only for 180 pesos. They have other salad to choose from as well such as tuna salad and salmon salad.

Flavorful Tonkatsu Ramen,June 08,2022,Bacolod City. Tonkatsu ramen is cooked with a thick, buttery pork broth with a

sticky-lipped intensity and the rich, buttery texture of light cream.

Lastly, out of all the dishes we have ordered, one of the resto’s best seller is the tonkatsu ramen, it has a very creamy sand luscious soup that will keep you wanting for more. Its price is 260 pesos and is already good for 2 person. They also have another variety of ramen which is Shoyu tonkatsu ramen which has a soy sauce-based soup.

2. Omotenashi Ramen

At Ayala Capitol, Bacolod There is a Japanese Restaurant called Omotenashi Ramen specializing Japanese cuisine, one of which is the Miso Ramen. Miso ramen is a Japanese noodle soup. Miso Ramen is made from miso along with chicken stock, vegetables, seaweeds, ground pork and a boiled egg on top. It taste good as it is and healthy, you can savor the taste of the pork in the soup. Miso Ramen is about Php 390.00, it is a little bit pricey but I tell you it is worth it especially when it is rainy season.

Also, Omotenashi Ramen is offering a cheesy takayoki as their side dish. It is a Japanese snack made with wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special molded pan and it has different flavor the original, bacon and cheese and more. Cheesy Takoyaki for only Php 210.00, 10 pieces per serving, and if you don't like too much cheese they are also offering an original takoyaki for only Php 190.00.

3. Rau Ram Cafe

Rau Ram Cafee is the first authentic Vietnamese Restaurant in Bacolod City. It is located in Marapara Zone 2, Brgy. Bata Bacolod City. It serves authentic Vietnamese and Asian Fusion cuisines. Vietnamese Spring Rolls is one of the Authentic Vietnamese cuisine serve in Rau ram Café. it is filled with ground pork, noodles and different kinds of vegetables. This authentic Vietnamese Spring roll is only 199 pesos is worth it.

And also they serve a Pho Bo, it is pronounce as Fa in Vietnam. This Pho Bo is a kind of soup in Vietnam made with Beef broth and rice noodles and different kinds of herbs. It is serve for only 249 pesos.

4. Seoulicious

Korean food like kimchi and Samgyeopsal very popular among filipinos. Here in Bacolod City there are numerous restaurant that serves korean foods especially their traditional Samgyeopsal. Samgyeopsal or samgyeopsal-gui, or grilled pork belly is a type of gui in Korean cuisine. One of the most sought for korean restaurant here is Seoulicious which is located at 12th street lacson cor Aguinaldo.

One of the things that people like about this place is that they offer a cheap price for their unli –samgyupsal . For only 394 one can enjoy unlimited pork belly and unlimited in house panchan or what we call side dishes. This is served tother with 1 cup of rice and 1 glass of iced tea. A very good price for unlimited goodness already!
